Whether it is an affidavit, a will, an important settlement, or anything else that needs to be notarized, we’re here to help 7 days a week.

Two hours or less! Pricing starts at $100, and includes travel to you or your workplace and your notarization.

Our mobile notaries are affordable, reliable and convenient!  Staffed for same day response time, within 2 hours.  Some exceptions apply.  We request 4 hour lead time for loan closings that include 50 pages or more, to ensure we arrive with tabbed, printed documents, ready for signing. We also offer printing, drop off and scanning services. Convenient for law firms, with settlements,  and closers who need something signed locally and returned quickly.

RATES: We provide FREE printing of documents (up to 12 pages). We accept credit cards, check or cash, and you can pay safely online or we can run your card on site. Our travel fee of $100 includes the notary visit, and notary stamp, within our travel zone. First notarization free (a $10 value). Additional notarizations on documents are $10 each.

FLAT FEE SERVICES:  We also charge a flat fee of $300 for your loan closings, or wedding services, all of which include our VIP services such as free document printing (up to 200 pages), travel, FedEx/UPS drop offs, oaths, court filings  and selection of vows for weddings), notary review, and confirmations. The flat fee is for more extensive transactions, so if you have 12 pages or less in your closing or estate planning, your fee will be governed by the basic rate.

WITNESSES:  In some cases, the notary can serve as a witness at no charge to you.  We need the document emailed to us to confirm if that case applies to you. If you require witnesses, we can make them available for $50 each.

OPTIONAL NON FLAT FEE SERVICES:   For non flat fee services, there are a selection of additional services we are happy to do for you, should you desire our extra special VIP optional services. Our standard surcharge for optional services are $25 each, such as (i) FedEx/UPS/USPS drop off with your prepaid labels, (ii) printing up to 100 pages (up to 12 pages are free), or (iii) scanning.  We also apply standard surcharges in order to assist you if we travel outside our service area. If the notary is kept waiting more than 15-30 minutes to begin over the scheduled time, you may be given the option, depending on the notary’s schedule, to cancel or pay the surcharge. Our standard optional services surcharge allows us to give you VIP services at your option.

RELIABILITY: All notarization appointments are documented and confirmed by email for accuracy before the notary arrives.  If your notary captions are not in conformity with Florida law, we protect you and make sure they are, before placing our notary stamps.  Notary laws are changing, and we keep up with them, so you do not have to.

We look forward to adding you to our growing list of 5 star customers!
